返品および返金ポリシー

何らかの理由で、購入に完全に満足できない場合は、返金と返品に関する当社のポリシーを確認することをお勧めします。
以下の規約は、お客様が当社で購入したすべての製品に適用されます。

解釈
頭文字が大文字の単語は、次の条件で意味が定義されます。
定義
この返品および返金ポリシーの目的:
1. Company referred to as either the Company We, Us or Our in this Agreement) refers to wowter : quench the thirst, Wowter Pvt Ltd, Bellary.
2. Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Product and/or Service.
3. 注文とは、お客様による当社からの商品の購入の要求を意味します。
4. サービスとはウェブサイトを指します。
5. Website refers to wowter, accessible from https://wowter.in
6. お客様とは、該当する場合、本サービスにアクセスまたは使用している個人、またはそのような個人が代理して本サービスにアクセスまたは使用している会社またはその他の法人を意味します。
注文をキャンセルする権利
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 hours from the date-time on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 31 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will or may incur any fees for such reimbursement.
返品条件

1. The Goods were purchased in the last 2 Hours
以下の商品は返品をお受けできません。
1. お客様の仕様に合わせて作られた、または明確にパーソナライズされた商品の供給。
2. 性質上返品に適さない商品、急速に劣化した商品、または使用期限を過ぎた商品の供給。
3. 健康保護または衛生上の理由により返品に適さず、配送後に開封された商品の供給。
4. 納品後に、その性質上、他の商品と分離できない状態で混合された商品の供給。
当社は、上記の返品条件を満たさない商品の返品を独自の裁量で拒否する権利を留保します。
返品できるのは通常価格の商品のみです。

商品を当社に返品する際の費用とリスクはお客様の責任となります。
